I’ve been pretty ill for the past week, but today I felt well enough to work out again and went for a run. The weather was lovely and it was great until my good ankle started hurting. I switched my ankle support from the bad one to the ‘good’ one (now less good) but I think I’ve done something to it…
Hopefully won’t take too long to heal, I want to be out running more!
